Welcome to PowerClean Solutions LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide professional power washing services, including soft washing of homes, roofs, driveways, patios, fences, sidewalks and gutter cleaning.
Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of service. Membership payments are billed monthly via stripe, while one time service payments are due at the time of the job and are processed through Square.
Membership Policy
You may cancel your membership at anytime, but once billed, you will still receive services for that month; no refunds.
Cancellation Fee
If a one time service is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $75 fee will be applied.
Liability
PowerClean Solutions LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damage; customers assume all risk. Please ensure the area is clear.
Privacy
We collect personal data, including payment info, via Stripe, and we do not share your data with third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
